Making an appointment for my Covid jab at The Poppleton Pharmacy via the NHS App was very straightforward. My appointment was at a convenient time and the Pharmacy was within five minutes walking time from my home. My appointment was on time, the Pharmacist explained how I might feel after the jab and the jab was painless. No problems at all, will certainly be back next year.

Efficient,kind and gentle. They run to time and provide an invaluable service for local residents . I definitely prefer going here than going to the GP which generally takes ages and is a fiasco This review applies to my visit for flu and covid vaccinations

The Citywide Pharmacy in Poppleton is a small one and the room in which injections are given is not easy to access but that is of no consequence. It is the quality of the process that is important and that is first class. The young man who injects you has a very light touch and you hardly feel the needle. This is the second time he has given me a Covid booster jab and both occasions were good experiences. In addition, I did not have to wait that long and was within 15 minutes of my designated time, not bad for a one-man show. I will definitely use this pharmacy again.

Roadside parking conveniently located across from Poppleton Surgery on the main road by the village green. Booked appointment online and staff checked several times if I did want the flu jab. Safely cautious and administered jab professionally in the right place so no bleeding, bruising or pain.
