Excellent service friendly staff same day quick service for my flu vaccination. The pharmacist was attentive and pleasant. All done very quickly Thank you very much the NHS .

Efficient and friendly service delivered in a professional manner. Polite staff. Pharmacy clean and comfortable during waiting time. This was a simple flu jab appointment made easy by professional staff.

Found it very Easy to book appointment. My treatment was on the agreed time. Staff were very efficient and friendly. Was a pleasant experience not an ordeal.

Yet again I’ve had an incomplete prescription put into the collection machine. Why on earth don’t they wait until everything is in stock? Another wasted journey.

I went for my flu and covid vaccination this morning. The pharmacist was very considerate and efficient, 2 jab and I never felt a thing, he answered all my questions and was very helpful.

Long waits for medication to be in stock and you end up running round other pharmacy’s in York for your medications , never have the prescription that has been directly sent to them. I’ve had to go back and forth between them and the drs multiple times. The staff behind the counter don’t seem to know what they’re doing at times leading to often Long waits in the pharmacy. Go a mile up the road for much much better service and prompt delivery of medication.
