   I've used this pharmacy now and again and recently it's changed hands so there is always the worry about negative changes. But I can definitely say it isn't the case with Cleveland pharmacy. They didnt have my item in stock but offered to have it ordered and ready for later in the day. The staff are respectful and kind to everyone who comes in. It's nice to see the regular staff still there and maintaining an excellent service. There is a new lady in the counter who is absolutely lovely, and the female Pharmacist was very knowledgable. Much better than visiting other well known High St pharmacies the level of care here is unmatched and nothing is too much trouble. Well done to all.
