I seen the asthma nurse on Wednesday morning. I asked for a repeat prescription. She said 48 hours in the chemists next door I went in this morning waiting 15 minutes only to be told it wasn’t ready, it would be Tuesday. I was so angry I had to walk out. The assistant was, I thought very unhelpful, abrupt, spoke to me like I was a child. No compassion or empathy to me. I couldn’t understand way it couldn’t have been made up for me, only take a couple more minutes, after all there’s six people behind the counter. To much gossiping with other customers when there were 5 people waiting after me. Appalling service, or no service. I thought it was all NHS, do these people not converse with each other, the unhelpful person told me, the nurses has nothing to do with the chemists. Disgraceful.
