    Waited for over an hour to receive my prescription and only got it after complaining to the manager at which point it was suddenly ready. The manager then put all the staff on red boxes for those people waiting for their prescriptions. There seemed to be no system. The staff spent most of their time consulting with each other over different problems with prescriptions which looks from the outside that they possibly need more training. I will be moving to a different pharmacy.

    Thank you for leaving this feedback. We are very sorry to read of the issues you have experienced with this pharmacy it is not the level of service we would expect our customers to receive. I have forwarded your feedback to the manager of the pharmacy and asked them to look into and rectify the issues you have experienced. We are aware that there are issues currently at the pharmacy but we are working hard to get these back to the level we expect. We have a new manager in post who is working hard to get the branch back on track as fast as possible but understand this has caused frustration for our customers for which we sincerely apologise. .     I was under the impression submitting a repeat prescription 7 days in advance of when you need medication was the normal procedure. I followed thus and then had to attend the pharmacy to find out where my medication was. The chemist was closed with a sign saying it would be opening later that morning. I returned to find people queueing out the door. An hour I stood in that queue only to get to the front and be told my prescription had not been dealt with. The staff member asked me to take a seat and it would be done for me straightaway. Another 45 minutes later my name was called and the pharmacist did not even have the decency to come from behind his little counter just passed it around after asking for my address. Whilst spending those few hours in the chemist it was clear to see the chaos the staff worked under. At one point another member of the public came in with a young child to ask the pharmacist some advice as is advised on the surgery answer machine. The child was examined in view of everyone in the queue and personal questions asked within earshot of everyone. There was a consultation room available but was not used. The customer service in this chemist is non existent.

I have forwarded your feedback to the manager of the pharmacy and to the regional manager and asked them to look into and rectify the issues you have experienced. We are aware there are staffing issues currently at the pharmacy but we are working hard to get these back to an appropriate level - currently the field team are supporting the team. We are very sorry for the frustration and inconvenience our patients are currently experiencing but pease be assured we are working hard to get the pharamcy back on track.     I have now been waiting 11 days 12 days tomorrow for my meds. I have run out of one and about to run out of another. The phone rings and rings or is otherwise engaged. When calling in to speak to someone the queue is horrendous!! For this reason I have now decided to change my Pharmacy. At no time have I been contacted to let me know if there is a problem.

    Thank you for leaving this feedback. We are very sorry to read of the issues you have experienced with this pharmacy it is not the level of service we would expect our customers to receive.. The pharmacy is currently undergoing some staffing issues and this is unfortunately causing delays for our patients - we apologise sincerely for this and are working hard with the team to improve this as fast as we can. We understand patients are frustrated at the waiting times and queues in the pharmacy, we have put extra support in the pharmacy to support the team and hope to have the pharmacy back on track as soon as we can.     I went to Cohen's at lunchtime to collect a prescription that the doctor had sent through that morning. After queuing I was told it would be half an hour to wait for it, and did I want to come back later, I did as I needed to get back to work. I went in later and there was a really long queue and the staff were prioritising people with a text message, so had to wait even longer. When I eventually got served I was told that the prescription hadn't arrived, the doctor hadn't sent it. I queried why I wasn't told that when I had been in earlier, but just got a shrug from the staff. I then had to go and see the doctors reception and ask them. The prescription had indeed been sent and they gave me a code to help the chemist find it. I then rejoined the queue and they added my request to the basket to be made up (why it hadn't been done when I had first been in, I don't know, as it made the original trip a total waste of time). Anyway I waited and then eventually got told it was out of stock. They couldn't tell me approx what time it might be in the next day either. So after having waited an hour just on this visit alone not counting the earlier visit, I left with no prescription. I went to a different chemist and managed to get it without any problem. I understand places are busy and we may have to wait etc but what a waste of my time. The first trip was a waste. They then can't find my order and then after all of that they don't have the item. The whole experience was chaotic and incompetent.

    A few of us waited 30 minutes for pharmacist then one patient came in and was taken into the consultation room for about 39 mins. When the pharmacist then came out she called people over but didn't even bother to be courteous and apologise for the wait. When it was my turn she just demanded my address ,not smiling or apologetic at all and I had waited nearly 39 mins . The pharmacist customer service attitude is extremely lacking in sincerity or thought
