Booked and had to wait, was told they don’t check the booking system. Explained I dud book and thought I’d followed the instructions. Counter staff working practices questionable, licking fingers to flick through prescriptions and not sanitizing before handing over items to customers. On entering consult room, was made to feel I was inconveniencing the person administrating. Constantly had to applogise! Tick “I do a lot of things m, Covid jabs isn’t one of my priorities, I’m really busy”

I have always found staff to be friendly, helpful and they try their best to get what you need. You can get through on the phone easily. I live in another local village and twice now when I've been let down by other pharmacies, Cohen's at Hemsworth have been able to get me what I needed at short notice! One time was whilst they were still at their old premises providing the OOH service which was really appreciated. It's good to know there is a local pharmacy I can rely on. Thank you :)
