    The medications needed for my daughter are never in the Chemist in the Bridge road shop in Crosby. When asked why this is, the assistant shrugged her shoulders and said that’s the way it is. This means two trips every time I have to pick a prescription up. When I asked of it can be delivered, I was told that the company are now cutting down on deliveries due to cost cutting issues. If the organisation is unable to manage its supply chain issues then can I suggest they source from elsewhere. The Commissioners should be looking at customer satisfaction as well because this service is poor.

    My local Cohen's pharmacy is a busy place and I always have to chase prescriptions. I'm asthmatic and rely heavily on inhalers. I thought I would trying registering with Cohens offering the service whereby they organise the prescription for you from your GP and message you when it's done. I gave plenty of notice and it's very frustrating that it's showing on my Cohen's app that my prescription will be ready by 12th June and it's now 16th June and still no sign of it. I visited the pharmacy yesterday to see if they could help me and they looked at me blankly and sent me back to my GP to chase it up. I am now without any inhalers which is a serious situation to be in when you are asthmatic. I appreciate that the pharmacy is busy but maybe it's time to withdraw this service as you clearly can't deliver this service Cohens.

    Terrible customer service to myself and other customers too, especially elderly customers. Said they didn't have my prescription when they did. Then told me I needed to wait over the weekend because they are busy! When I said it was needed told me to order earlier... when the gp had sent it after my appointment! While I was there 50 minutes btw! One customer came in and another two checked their prescriptions to find they were wrong. I've had missing items before too. Please do something as has been like this for years now

    I moved to this practice around 2 years ago. My son has a serious health condition. I continually have to chase where the prescription is up, at times over 10 days from emailing it in. It is often there but I have not had a text to say it is there. Or they have not got items but there is no communication to say there will be a delay. I appreciate that everyone is very busy but there is no consideration from a customer service perspective, no thought for the sick person needing their medication.
