My medication were sent to pharmacy and they sent me message on 6 feb 24 ready but not delivered when I ask our policy is change no one inform this since 2015 they delivered Secondly when I went there to collect before 1830 to collect I am closed now My medication run out but pharmacy don’t care they are giving on one prescription two different company medicine when I ask dr write so Some time they have given medicine without valid date

I have forwarded your feedback to the manager of the pharmacy and to the regional manager and asked them to look into and rectify the issues you have experienced.
