I was left waiting for medicine for my grandad who depends on them every single day. I myself went with my mother to the chemist and we were told that my 93 year old grandad needs to order the medicine via the doctors. My grandfather has been having the same medicine for the past 3 years if not more and he hasn't had any issues with the delivery of his medicine at all. I have also had my sister to contact this branch as I was at work and couldn't deal with this issue and they have told her that they don't have the medicine that's needed for my grandfather is not available at the moment. This is beyond a joke and I don't think the staff are well trained at all. I am looking to denominate my grandad from this pharmacy and shall register with another better stocked pharmacy.

Thank you for leaving this feedback. We are very sorry to read of the issues you have experienced with this pharmacy it is not the level of service we would expect our customers to receive. I have forwarded your feedback to the manager of the pharmacy and to the regional manager and asked them to look into and rectify the issues you have experienced.
