Out of the blue today, told patients have to give 7 days notice for prescriptions! This scheme seems to have been instigated without anyone’s knowledge, and has caused unnecessary distress for elderly patients. Surely before changing to dispensing from a Hub, as opposed to the Pharmacy Everyone involved should have been informed. It should be about the patients, not the Company. I have used this `pharmacy for a number of years, and had no problems. It caused me distress today trying to obtain medication ordered last Friday(today being Wednesday), and having to stress that I “needed” this medication. I did receive it eventually, and encountered other elderly patients equally distressed at the unannounced changes. I suppose 7 days notice is reasonable, but certainly is not deemed Customer friendly in my opinion.

Thank you for leaving this feedback. We are very sorry to read of the issues you have experienced with this pharmacy it is not the level of service we would expect our customers to receive.. The pharmacy is currently undergoing new procedures in the way the prescriptions are processed and this is unfortunately causing delays and frustration for our patients - we are aware of the issues and apologise sincerely for this, we are working hard with the team to improve this as fast as we can.
