I sent a repeat prescription to my Drs on 13/5 @8.15am and I was informed it would be ready 2 days later. Left it until 17/5 and when I went to collect it @5.30pm I was informed it now takes a week so wait till I get a text message possibly on 20/5 or 21/5. This is not a good service.

Thank you for leaving this feedback. We are very sorry to read of the issues you have experienced with this pharmacy it is not the level of service we would expect our customers to receive.. The pharmacy is currently undergoing new procedures in the way the prescriptions are processed and this is unfortunately causing delays for our patients - we apologise sincerely for this and are working hard with the team to improve this as fast as we can. Regular staff are lovely but the pharmacist is abrupt unhelpful wanted advice but went elsewhere and way he talked to everyone was shocking

Although extremely busy they always have time for you one staff member in particular always smiles and takes time to see if you OK went in for my mums prescription and nothing too much trouble thank you it's always a great experience
