Cohens chemist at Abbeymeads is painfully slow. Staff appear to have no sense of urgency no matter how long the queue is even though you have to queue outside in all weather conditions.

I had to order an emergency lot of tablets for my partner late sat night as she had run out was able to collect that evening as open till 11pm tho I thought they were 24 hours 11 was good then found yesterday late that the 111 people hadn't given enough for the 2 nights so phoned them at the pharmacy the lady said for me to ring 111 as the prescription was only for 3 tablets I did this and managed to get the tablets just before they shut at 6pm yesterday. I don't know what I would have done if they weren't there as my partner can't sleep with out theses pills. Thank you for ur help
