Staff have no idea what is going on. Told on the phone items were available and being signed off by the pharmacist. Arrived in the Chemist to be told they couldn’t find the prescription. I was then told they didn’t have the items and that it wasn’t their problem. They didn’t have the prescription or the medication. I was told to calm down and referred to by my surname only. Male staff member was rude and incompetent. Safe to say I will be changing my nominated pharmacy when my next prescription is due. Utter disgrace.

Thank you for leaving this feedback. We are very sorry to read of the issues you have experienced with this pharmacy it is not the level of service we would expect our customers to receive. I have forwarded your feedback to the manager of the pharmacy and to the regional manager and asked them to look into and rectify the issues you have experienced.
