Husband hadn’t ordered his meds, when he thought he had, informed me of what we should do to get his medication for the weekend, she was very informative, and very helpful, also did my blood pressure test whilst I was there. Great service

My recent visit to Colburn pharmacy has been a very pleasant experience. The staff and the service provided has been excellent and amongst the best in my dealings with pharmacies over the years. A last minute request for a service was dealt with professionalism and efficiently by the pharmacist. The staff were engaging and even offered me a BP check. I am a very satisfied customer and I highly recommend the pharmacy.

Very knowledgeable staff, great service. Helped with family prescriptions at short notice. Offered blood pressure tests and advice which was a welcome. Would recommend to all!

Most of the staff are lovely and polite, however there is one member of staff who stands near the computer and can be heard being constantly rude and bossy to other staff members, not just to staff members but to customers. She walks around like she owns the place so I am assuming she is the boss/ in charge however she does not seem to have any people skills! I am changing pharmacies after seeing her rudeness to staff working with her!

I have been using this pharmacy for about a year now and never had an issues until it changed over from boots. There is a lady who I am assuming to be the store manager who is very rude. I have heard her being disrespectful to her staff and also to customers. I will be changing pharmacies. Most staff are very lovely and helpful. I feel for them having to work in an environment like that!

Nothing is ever an issue with this newly formed team. Prescriptions are always ready and waiting. There was a few minor issues when they changed from boots but that was to be expected and absolutely nothing major. Always polite staff no matter whom I have spoke to. Keep up the good work guys.

I became very disappointed in my previous pharmacy which was taking upwards of two weeks to dispense my prescription. I changed to Colburn, and have been very impressed by the turnaround time. The maximum time waited has been 48 hours, whereas it was 14 days at my previous pharmacy. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. I feel very confident that I will continue to use this pharmacy.

I went to the pharmacy with a minor medical issue. The pharmacist was wonderful and checked me out, then reccomended a course of treatment and suggested to seek further treatment if and when required. The staff in the shop i spoke with extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after. I Highly reccomend Colburn pharmacy to anyone looking for a pharmacy.

After finding that the surgery had no placed my request for my prescription, the staff at the pharmacy went above and beyond to complete my request at short notice, they were friendly , polite ,proffesional and very accomadating I would recommend them every time many thanks
