Just wanted to say had my flu jab this weekend (11/11/22) and was very impressed with the service I received, no queueing and actual jab was pain free, no aching arm after. Nurse was very informative and efficient. Definitely recommend and will use again.

I have always sung the praises of the pharmacy who have been very helpful in the past. I called in today to collect my prescription and queried the number of items. My doctor had told me she had put up two sprays to last me 8 weeks but only one was handed over with a different dosage. I queried this with the lady who was trying to be helpful and we were checking the prescription. We were interrupted by the man behind the counter who I assume was a member of the staff. He sarcastically butted in and told me if you are that desperate, you can buy one. The lady said I didn't need to pay and he said they are not that expensive. He was very rude. I said he didn't need to be rude and left the shop, is this the attitude the NHS want to encourage People expect help from their local Pharmacies not patronising old men. I will never use them again.
