After recently moving into the area, there was a delay getting the prescriptions in place from the old GP practice to our new one. So an emergency set of prescriptions had to be sorted out for those few days. Conway were fantastic and guided us through the process in a couple of areas. The pharmacist on site was also a great help. They are now our nominated pharmacy and so far we are more than happy with the service.

I thought the head pharmacist was extremely rude and had no consideration for others at all. Shall not be using again.
