Again helpful and professional Always good customer service and go that extra mile. Recent appointment was very helpful for my partner and advice with support was amazing. A big thank you to the team at Cornwells Holmcroft Stafford.

No one ever answers the phone,try six times a day at different times.I have my 93 yr old Mum living with me,haven’t got the time to run up there to check if prescription is ready.Rubbish service!

I ordered my prescription (statins) last Thursday 4thApril, and only received them today. I went in last Friday and was told they would be in the dispenser by lunchtime, nothing, so I went in on Saturday and was told they couldn’t find them, but promised me they would be in the dispenser by lunchtime, again nothing. The only reason I ordered them over a week ago was because I was told by several people how poor the service was. They wasn’t wrong. I will now join my wife and son and go elsewhere.

Only one pharmacist on duty so no prescriptions can be filled while they are out I was told to wait 2.5 hours for the prescription to be filled just two items everyone has being let down and getting upset

Staff not knowing what they are doing some start to serve then wonder off only one till working after waiting at on serve area told had to move to the other as that had the till surely one area for prescription one for purchase seems easy to me perhaps training needed has how to serve the community. I was told this is what happens in this chemist but until today I didn’t believe it I do now.
