They have just sent my elderly mother home with all her prescriptions to source another pharmacy to get her meds for 8am tmrw morning when she runs out. They firstly blamed the gp surgery saying they only got the prescriptions the day before but having called the gp they were sent 2 weeks ago. They have que’s out the door and turning most ppl away and telling them to come back due to lack of meds. They have given no explanation and if my mum had of gone to collect Saturday morning as they told her I believe they would have sent her away saying they didn’t have some meds.. as they don’t do the blister packs if all meds not available. The staff were so rude - the are not helpful and had no comprehension that for someone on so many meds inc heart they do not lie or tell her to come back at. Time they know she has already run out!
