There have been multiple times whilst at this pharmacy that I have not been sent my weekly tablets, due to this I have obviously missed quite a few doses of my medication. This causes me tremendous pain. I am constantly on the phone to this pharmacy chasing my tablets and the staff never know when my tablets will arrive. I am bed-bound and this is the last thing I need to be doing as it causes me great stress and anxiety. Great improvement is needed.

Gotta say the team at the pharmacy have been so supportive today. After being given the runaround by my GP practice and two other pharmacy teams, they tried to truly help me today. The GP system still errored and they never had my script, they personally rang me and advised still not received, which is above and beyond really as I am no doubt 1 of many patients. Later found at 5.40pm the script hadn't been sent due to error so as soon as they received it, although not normal practice as I had missed normal delivery slot they agreed they would deliver at 8pm. This is above and beyond good and caring service, I wanted to give the pharmacist a hug earlier for being so kind as in pain and felt miserable and they couldn't of helped me more. Thank you so much community pharmacy, you have been so helpful here and will be looking to defect from my usual pharmacy to you I think. Look forward to seeing you later with my script. Thank you to the lovely man on the desk and phone, so polite and caring.

Some people have good, bad and lucky days. Last week l had all three in one day. My bad day was having a heart attack. My lucky day was being at the pharmacy when it happened. One particular member of staff who kept calm was very professional and caring, and their quick response in calling an ambulance probably saved me from having an even worse day. They couldn’t have been more helpful. So thank you from the bottom of my now much healthier heart !

I recently changed my pharmacy because their delivery service was not good. So I changed to Community Pharmacy. I find them dreadful. I tried phoning them about a prescription.Ten times I phoned no answer. Went to Pharmacy in person 07.05.2024. told prescription was not available and I would have to wait 20 minutes or more. I could not wait, so asked for it to be delivered. 08.05.2024 still waiting. The Doctors prescription team told me the prescription was issued on the 02.05.24. I contacted the pharmacy at 4.30pm today phone was answered,I explained the problem and was told that my medication might be delivered tomorrow, not good enough. They seem to take more and more customers but don’t have the staff to cope with the increase in demand. I might suggest that money is the priority here, not people, the more prescriptions filled more money from NHS.

I use this pharmacy regularly . They provide an excellent service. The staff who work there are efficient and you would go a long way to find a nicer group of people. They are always busy but they always have time for everyone, listening carefully to everyone’s requests / questions. How often these days do you get excellent customer service? Well done and thank you to everyone at Cosham Community Pharmacy!

I wish to say that I use this pharmacy on a regular basis the,Staff are all very helpful and professional I had a slight problem which was my fault,and it was sorted in a couple of days no complaints from me and recomend this pharmacy to everyone thank you

My housebound 85 year old Mother has her medication delivered but was prescribed antibiotics by the doctor, I was shocked to discover when she hadn’t received them that this pharmacy doesn’t open on a Saturday so I couldn’t sort anything out for two further days. When all the advice is “the NHS is overloaded use your pharmacy”? What chemist doesn’t open at least on a Saturday morning
