I came with my disabled daughter to get our flu and covid boosters, we didn't feel a thing. There was hardly any waiting and the whole process was managed very well. Many thanks.

When this was Lloyds things got really bad so we went to Boots. When it became Covingham pharmacy we returned. They are so helpful and polite. The meds are generally ready quite quickly. I've occasionally rung them for advice. That has reassured me. Thank-you to them all.

My usual pharmacy could not supply an item from my prescription. I contacted the surgery and was told to contact other pharmacies to see if they could provide what was required. Five other pharmacies were unable to help and I was told to continue continue contacting other pharmacies. At my sixth attempt I contacted Covingham Pharmacy - what a difference! A suitable alternative medicine for me was identified, an Emergency Prescription was produced and I collected the medicine the following day. 10 out of 10 for Customer Service to Covingham Pharmacy.

Went to pick up my sons prescription didn't give it all to me so had ti ring my gp went down twice finally got it on 3rd vist as gp sent me another prescription out only one person serving was there waiting for one hour

Due to a national shortage of my prescribed medication the pharmacy manager went above and beyond to source it. They are efficient, helpful, and kept me regularly up to date by telephone. They offer a great a prompt customer service

Changed from Wroughton to Covingham. No wait, no queue and polite efficient young ladies serving. Very informative Pharmacist.
