Review titled Absolutely Dreadful
Rated 1 star out of 5

I have just stood in a queue for almost an hour only to be told that my prescription wasn't on their system. I duly went back to the doctor's surgery, where I was told that it had been sent over three hours before. This chemist has become nothing short of a disgrace. One shop assistant serving. There was three people in front of me. Three! One of which left as she was taking so long to serve that they decided to give it up as a lost cause. To be stood in a queue for the best part of an hour, and it's taking the assistant over 15 mins' to not serve fellow customers is dreadful. There must have been at least 20 people behind me in the queue, who will most likely still be there tomorrow morning. This shop is a disgrace. Unfortunately it's a captive audience, an audience that would most likely wish to be anywhere else but in this utter nightmare of a shop. You're advised to avoid if at all possible.

Review titled Once Again...
Rated 1 star out of 5

Having a long-term serious illness which requires medication, I absolutely dread having to pick my prescription up from this chemist. And as my previous review, exactly the same thing happened as before. Stood waiting while a customer argued that he should receive his prescription free of charge, which the pharmacist repeatedly told he didn't qualify for. Then the usual from them. Turning customers away by telling them that their prescription wasn't on their system. Before I went in I actually went to the GP and asked if my own prescription had indeed been sent as I explained the usual nonsense that I get from Cox & Robinson. "It's definitely there. You should have no problems". Of course when I eventually was served, the best part of half an hour, I was told that my prescription wasn't there, which it certainly was. Turning people away because you are unable to use a computer is quite simply appalling. I need medication in order to stop me dying. It's that simple, and there are always people in far worst states than me. Went back to the GP, and within a quarter of an hour I had been given my prescription by Boots. No waiting, astonishingly friendly pharmacist, and most importantly of all, no stress. I will never set foot in Cox & Robinson as long as I live. Which if had been down to them would've been any day now. A dreadful, dreadful shop which should be avoided at all costs.
