Took 10 business days to action a request for repeat prescription, after being chased twice for this. Terrible customer service today, never answer phone and haven’t returned voicemails left.

Awful. It does not adhere to its own opening times. Were sent there as a supposedly late night pharmacist by 111. It was supposed to be open until 9pm but was closed when we arrived at 8:10pm. I returned the next morning to try and collect the prescription, they were supposed to open at 10:00am but were not open by 10:30am. When I called, the phone just rang endlessly and no one picked up. How on Earth this place is permitted to be affiliated with the NHS is beyond me.

I have been going there everyday for a while now,the staff there are allways smiling and willing to help,Brilliant place and Amazing people xx

Had to wait 30 minutes for my prescription and in that time half of the staff were on their mobile phones and clearly ignoring the pharmacy phone that kept ringing. I shan't be using this pharmacy again.
