The staff here are very friendly and helpful and always have a smaile on there faces and have always been there for me,no matter how busy they have been,,i got to admit they need more staff as they are struggling due to it being a very busy little chemist they do need more staff, then maybe people wont complain so much,but over all this is a great little chemist we have in fazleley

I have been using this pharmacy for many years now without any issues for my repeat prescriptions. For the past year or so I have had constant issues and always have to go in 2 or 3 times to get the correct medication. I am diabetic and have high blood pressure so them not giving me the full medication means I sometimes have to go a few days without. There is one member of staff there who is extremely rude and should not work in retail. I need the correct medication regularly without any agravation from the staff. I will make sure I go elsewhere from now on and if you choose to go here for your medication be warned!!!
