The staff at Crest are always so helpful and hardworking to keep our community well. It is a valuable practice and goes above to maintain its efficiency. Today for example- my meds had run out and the pharmacist issued me with emergency meds to be going on with; I was very grateful indeed yes. Altogether a wonderful place to visit, so keep Crest in the vicinity when the Co-op sells to Lidl. Thanks for reading this favourable review. Steve S.

I was prescribed antibiotics for a very nasty boil. This was at 1600 hrs.I got Crest Pharmacy ( in the Co-Op store at Franche , Kidderminster ) at just before 1800 hrs. and explained to the young lady who was standing ready to close the shop that I really needed the medication there and then . I use this pharmacy exclusively and have always been treated exceedingly well. One assistant in particular ( I don't know her surname ) was very understanding as I had been in earlier in the day to ask advice about the problem. Today was above and beyond and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Thank you so much for helping me yesterday when my dentist kindly sent over via email a prescription for me which was acknowledged by Crest that they had received and was ready for me to collect within the hour ! Excellent service by all the team and especially the young Lady I spoke to on the phone and came and found me at the counter. Could not of been more friendly and efficient. Thank you !!

I pre booked my flu jab. When I arrived I was told the lady was on a break and therefore they couldn’t do it at the designated time. I had made a special journey. Disgraceful

My surgery authorised a repeat prescription yesterday or the day before. I went to the pharmacy about 11:00 am today and waited in a long queue for 5 minutes before being served. After a few more minutes I was asked if it was for 1 fridge item (that was my previous prescription). I told them it was for 6 regular items. A few more minutes went by before they came back with the old story "it's only just arrived" and said it would be half an hour. I said that I would come back and did so about 5 hours later. Guess what; it again took some time to locate and still had not been dispensed. I sometimes wonder how they stay in business!!!!!!

I have used this pharmacy for many years but recently have found the service has gone down. I usually pick up a monthly prescription but for the last 3 months there have been problems. The first month it couldn't be found & they had to put up another one, last month they gave me someone elses prescription and this month it apparently hasn't come through from the GP. Another annoying feature is them closing for one hour over a lunchtime, not very handy for people who pop in during their break time. There is one staff member who is always pleasant and friendly and will go out of their way to help but the others, who appear to be newer staff do not come across as very helpful at all. Hopefully whatever problems the pharmacy are facing at the moment, they will soon be resolved and it will return to its usual standard.

On the 24/4/2023 I visited the Crest Chemist in the Co-op Franch Rd to pick my wife's prescription up which contained about seven items, when I got home we checked the the prescription and found that two boxes of Co-codamol 30/500 tablet were missing, so the following day I returned and told the Duty Pharmacist that the tablets were missing, he said sorry and replaced the two box's of Co-codamol, when I got home I checked the label and it said 30mg/500mg caps, but it said on the boxes 10mg/200mg so he dispensed the wrong tablets which is a terrible mistake on his part, this could have had serious consequences if the strength of the tablets had been the other way round. This is not the first issues we have had with Crest, whe you go and pick up a prescription they have to search through boxes of prescriptions scattered all round the floor of the Pharmacy, on one occasion it took twenty minutes to find our prescription. In all my years and I am a pensioner it is the worst service I have ever had from a Chemist. We have since moved to another Chemist.

Last time I had a 20min wait whilst they found the script and made up the prescription, despite them having had the repeat prescription for several days. This time I was made to give out my date of birth as an identifying feature in front of a pharmacy full of people, despite my surname being a little unique. And he wouldn’t accept just the day and month, he wanted the year as well. 2 of the 3 items weren’t ready, so I had to wait. But before the chap would actually give me my medication, he insisted on me giving out my address as well, despite him already knowing my date of birth. Again, in front of a pharmacy full of people. Whilst I’m more than aware of the need to ensure the correct person collects the correct medication, some consideration also needs to be given as to also protecting the patient’s personal information. Want to obtain some confidential information - go and stand in that pharmacy. Find out individual names, dates of birth plus their individual addresses……
