staff are very slow at processing prescriptions unless there is a relief pharmacist on then things tend to run smoothly in and out in 10 minutes. Had several occasions where I have waited 30 minutes to then be told my prescription is not there, nearly every month there were items missing off my prescription and I know it is not just myself as you hear other people being told the same and it is always because the warehouse does not have it in stock. my daughter had an urgent electronic prescription sent through on Friday and they still have not been able to locate it. the staff are always 10 minutes late back from lunch which given how long you have to wait for your prescription this can then make parents late trying to get to school and Nurseries

Went there after being advised by 111 and one person in particular was very rude and clearly trying to patronise me as I am younger

6 days after requesting my repeat prescription,I went to this pharmacy,I waited 35 minutes,when I eventually received it,their were 5 items missing???,one of them a heart medication,this means another trip to this place a twenty minute walk,at 78 years old,with heart failure and diabetes this is difficult,this is now a very poor pharmacy,have had many issues over the past year.

This has to be one of the worst chemists I have ever had the misfortune to use. How they can say they are a caring company baffles me, never have any prescriptions ready on time, I’m not surprised they haven’t been responsible for someone’s death. A lot of there customers are elderly and the way they treat them is shocking. The amount of time people have to wait for their items they should set up a cafe and offer tea and food. Something needs to be done about the management as they clearly lack any empathy and have no people skills. I had to leave 1 star but if I could it would have been 0.

Worst pharmacy in the area not only do they not have repeat prescriptions pre made you have to wait up to an hour most days just to collect I've seen others come and go while I'm standing there just waiting with the response from staff "it's being done now" the pharmacist that used to work there kept everything quick but now you'll be lucky not to become part of the structure of the building with how long your waiting. Not even worth half a star never mind one star 100% disgraceful

I honestly believe this is the worst pharmacy I've ever visited (having worked in one myself for many years!) 30 minutes+ wait for a prescription that isn't made up until you go in. zero communication between staff and patient while waiting for script to be made up. and when querying the wait, my reply was "well were busy that's just the way it is, maybe come back later if you can wait?" so not only a wasted journey, but poor attitude from staff too! this croft pharmacy needs some serious shaking up!

Repeat prescription sent to doctors on 30/01/23, went to collect on 07/02/23 to be informed that it wasn’t ready, although it should only take 4 days after submitting to be prescribed and ready for collection. Now ran out of medication.

Visited this pharmacy,last Saturday 31/12,after phoning them to report faulty insulin pens,when I arrived I was told they where out of stock, come back next Wednesday,phoned this morning,please come in the lady said on the phone,I arrived to be told the pharmacist is not here today,2 trips issue not resolved,very very poor service,lady behind the counter acted as if it was my fault,this used to be a good pharmacy.I am 77 years old with heart failure and type 2 diabetes, the last thing I need is numerous trips to this pharmacy which involves a 20 min walk in each direction.
