Prescribed antibiotics, tried 5 other chemists in Hitchin none had them in stock and not willing or able to order. This pharmacy although just after closing time filled the prescription in an efficient a d friendly manner.

I asked the pharmacy for help with a flu like infection and had not ben able to get a GP's appointment. They were very helpful and carried out a Strep A test to rule out a bacterial infection and helped to get me fully registered with my new GP in the area. Very helpful pharmacy serving local needs.

First class service in delivery on schedule terms, excellent customer service in pharmacy and by delivery staff consistently. Quick resolution to any snags that occur from time to time

I came in to get advise on my ear pain . They checked in my ear ,also took a picture of what they found .gave me drops to help . Really great service on my visit today . Thank you .

Went here today for my Covid booster. Friendly and efficient service. The person behind the counter spoke to customers by their first name. The pharmacy was clean and inviting. I was also offered my flu jab at the same time - I didn’t think I was eligible. The pharmacist who gave me my vaccinations was friendly but efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this pharmacy in future. Highly recommended. Thank you for making a potentially stressful experience so easy.

I've been using the pharmacy regularly for about 3 years. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and they offer great service, e.g. my wife and I were able to just walk-in and get our flu jabs this year.

I came in for my covid jab and was offered the flu vaccination as well. I was pleased as I had struggled to book it with my gp. The chemist gave me the injections and it was extremely carefully done, I could hardly feel it. I would recommend the service here. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Went for a vaccine jab today. The gentleman there is a gentle man, also very competent, informative and personable. Highly recommend.
