I just popped in for a walk-in Covid jab and it couldn't have been easier. Very efficient and excellent customer service.

I went to Cross as a walk in for a Covid vaccination. I was politely told to wait a few minutes.Two people who had booked were seen and then I was called in. The pharmacist found my NHS details rapidly and painlessly administered the vaccine. I was treated with respect and the whole process was very efficient. Thank you.

Used Cross Chemist Hitchin for walk in seasonal Covid jab. Very professional service, provided flu jab at the same time. Highly recommended.

I used the walk in service this morning to have my Covid vaccine. Not a long wait fortunately. I was then advised that I could have my flu vaccine as well, which I did. Very happy with the service & I didn't feel a thing. Good follow-up advice was given as well & the NHS System was updated at the same time. I'm a happy patient.

this pharmacy was very welcoming. i had a covid booster booked. they were on time, helped me to relax and i never felt a thing. i would definitely recommend

Always very patient and helpful ! The best pharmacy locally apart from my doctors practice. Bancroft Medical was great but closed their pharmacy

fantastic service, all staff polite and courteous, always willing to help and guide you whether you are just collecting prescriptions or need help with symptoms Would highly recommend

After trying all chemists I could find in hitchin to get my prescription, even online chemists, I had no luck until I found cross in west mill estate hitchin, fantastic service , had what I needed, and were extremely polite and helpful. Never going anywhere else again.

After calling 30+ chemists to try and obtain an item that was on a national shortage, I finally came across Cross Chemist who had stock :) Fantastic team, fantastic service, efficient and extremely helpful. The pharmacist was very informative and nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant service .. thank you x
