I was booking my Covid booster through the NHS website and was intending to go to the main vaccine center in Stevenage. However, I just happened to notice Cross pharmacy was on the list. So, as it was closer to me, I booked there instead, and I am so pleased that I did. The service was exceptional. I was greeted by friendly and professional staff, the vaccination was prompt, efficient and painless, plus there was the added advantage of no queuing. I was so impressed I went back today to have my flu vaccination here as well.

I have just been for my Covid booster and as I was early I was immediately shown to a seat by friendly staff. It was then explained to me how many patients were before me and the likely length of my wait. In actual fact I had only a short wait before seeing the Doctor. The Doctor asked me various questions and then I received the vacination - which was painless.

They do it all! Prescription, jabs & well stocked shelves for over the counter medicines. They really are a top notch pharmacy and so customer focussed. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I went here today just for a COVID booster but was impressed by the very friendly staff and well stocked shop. Other customers were being greeted by name and their needs were understood well. COVID booster was explained and administered with care and courtesy. This is a little gem of a chemists and I’d happily use it regularly if nearer to where I live.

Had both flu and Covid booster vaccinations at the same with no need for long queue at NHS centre. There was no need for travel out of my home town. The welcome and vaccinations themselves were given with expertise and smiles.
