The website stated that they were open till 1700, however when I and another man arrived at 1528 there was a hand written notice stuck to the wall saying closed at 1530, the doors were locked no explanation was given, I was in urgent need for pain relief for my wife's migraine, they refused to open, the young boy?? Showed me a picture of a dog as his screen saver? And the pharmacy assistant would not serve me. I would encourage all people to avoid, this looks like it going to be worse that boots who they have replace.

Queued for over 40 minutes to get two prescriptions that were requested 10 days ago. One prescription they had lost/ not processed and wanted me wait for another 20 mins, whilst the pharmacist made it up. The other they only had one item of the two requested - Epipens, which I find quite worrying, as I would expect this to be a standard stock item. There were very elderly people much older than me (I am a pensioner) who waited as long if not longer than me and there were only 3 seats. In addition two people who were seen before me came whilst I was been seen to as there were items missing from their prescription. The service was poor when Boots ran it, it is now abysmal and needs to be drastically improved.
