    Front end staff are nice and helpful. However, that's where it stops being good. Had a text msg from them confirming my prescription was ready for collection. From previous experiences, I gave them a full day before picking up. Guess what! - yet again the prescription was not ready and had to wait 15 minutes for just 1 item. It was a bog-standard, off the shelf med and yet again it was not ready. Why do they keep telling you your prescription is ready for collection when clearly it never is? Usually, they don’t even bother to text you and expect you to wait 15 to 25 minutes to prepare your prescription on the spot. Since it has been taken over by the present management, the pharmacy has really gone downhill. Sadly, it is the only pharmacy left in the area.

    This pharmacy & the staff are exceptional, they go above & beyond every time. So friendly & helpful, I definitely won’t be going anywhere else.

    really got to know us. Very knowledgeable. Extremely friendly. My first port of call before doctor surgery. Very sympathetic and understanding. Professional and accommodating. Definitely recommend.

    The staff members at this pharmacy go above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. They offer the best advice and honestly I can’t thank them enough for the continued support/guidance they offer. #bestchemist
