   We had a prescription sent here at 9:30pm for our daughter. The NHS website states its open until 11pm. However when we arrived just before 10pm it was shut.

   Ordering a new medication on the phone takes 1-2 hours Sometime the call drops New prescriptions used to take 4 hours to fill now is 24 hrs… this is unacceptable There are medications that needs to be filled right away
