Absolutely abysmal service every month they mess my monthly prescription up I have now been waiting 17 days for them to fix my latest prescription and am still waiting. I’ve been calling every day and several times a day to try and get my medicine and all I get is we will get the pharmacist to call you back and they never do. When I ring to try find out what is happening they hang up on me despite the fact I am never rude aggressive or angry even though at this point I have every right to be. I was told by the pharmacist that it is my responsibility to tell them if I have meds missing from my order but they don’t have any responsibility in having to let me know if I am owed meds or that they cannot get the meds in. As I am bed bound I do appreciate that they do deliver and it is a free service hence the 1 star however they will only make one delivery per script so if you are missing meds 1. They will not inform you 2. If you can’t get to the pharmacy like me, as they only make 1 delivery trip if you do not collect the meds you are owed yourself they throw your medicine away. As my script has 46 different meds in one order i think i have the right to more then one delivery if they can’t get the meds in. They will also only deliver my meds once they have completed the prescription so despite the fact i now put my prescription in 2 weeks before i am due to run out in order to give them time to gather all the meds together and deliver it Many months I am running out of medicine before they are able to complete and deliver my script. The staff and pharmacist are extremely unhelpful they blame everybody else but themselves it’s never their fault and they have never done anything wrong and the pharmacist I have found is the worst one there he is either never there to make peoples scripts up or he leaves early for what reason they can come up with at the time they always have an excuse for everything. The responsibility always falls on the customer Or the doctor. I only use this pharmacy because it’s the only one near me that delivers if I had any another choice I would go anywhere else and I know for a fact I am not the only customer being treated this way. So in all seriousness, if you can take your prescription to any other pharmacy, do it avoid this Pharmacy at all cost

A lady with learning disabilities and epilepsy was prescribed medication for shingles. We were told to return a total of 4 times for the medication. The Chinese lady was very rude. Because it’s obvious that anyone with epilepsy requires this medication asap. Tomorrow we will attempt to get it again. 5th time . We requested the prescription back only to be told that we couldn’t as they had gave us some paracetamol with the prescription. The staff as always were very supportive. One going above and beyond even offering to drop it off if it arrived. It was the rudeness of the Chinese lady that I’m not happy with. Although I appreciate that the driver may of been in an accident or delayed because of it, shouldn’t this warrant that they return the prescription? I look forward to your response. I am a livie-in carer for a 91 year old gentleman and am responsible for ordering his repeat medication, which has been set up with Davies pharmacy Havant. On 23rd December 2022 I telephoned the pharmacy to order a months supply of medication and some supplement drinks. On 4th January the supply had almost run out,(only one days supply left), I telephoned Davies pharmacy again to ask when it will be delivered, and was disappointed to be told that it will not be delivered until the end of the week. In my view, it is their responsibility to keep the patient supplied with the medication, constantly. It cannot be difficult to have a program on their computer to remind them to order on time not constantly several days late, as has been my experience. Furthermore, when I asked if the supplement drinks will also be delivered I was told that they need to be ordered from the doctor. Why didn't they advise this on 23rd December when I originally put the order in? If a coffee shop or other business dealt with their customers in this way they would go out of business in no time. I very rarely complain but I feel it needs to be expressed for the sake of other customers. Looking forward to receiving a better quality of service in the future. R
