   Referred here by gp. Less than half an hour after gp had emailed asking me to call pharmacy, this pharmacy were ringing me wanting to know why I hadn't called yet- I hadn't even seen the email yet!!! The person who called just asked "is this xxx?" and when I said yes just launched into discussing my medical needs, nothing was asked to confirm my identity. I was in work, in a public place on speakerphone and had to cut them off by interrupting them to stop blaring out my personal situation to a load of strangers!! Really need to check if it's a good time to talk first- that's just basic manners! Opening hours way too short- open after I start work n close before I finish, no use at all.
