I have left my local chemist due to medication is never ready on time .on one particularly day I called the chemist 56 times trying to get through. I had to go into the chemist and was calling the same time . They had turned off the phones so no-one could get through. This was from 10am to 16.30pm ,This is not how u expect a chemist to act ,no duty of care

Just wanted to say the harwich road colchester ,day lewis pharmacy has improved the last few months , everytime I call its answered , my medication is always ready on time and when I go on the staff are really helpful and the new young pharmacist is always willing to help , such an improvement over the last few months hope it continues

The last three months the harwich road pharmacy has improved so much all calls answered, medication always ready to collect and my daughter was I'll the other day and i spoke to a lovely young pharmacist who was so helpful things have improved so much the service is top notch so happy
