    Just a chaotic experience , was in a long queue waiting for prescription was then told it would be ready next week and witnessed the receptionist being brutally rude to a disabled person and a young mum aswell who was very upset, recently tried phoning them all day so I wouldn’t have to go there but that went on to ansaphone then phone cut off, shocking pharmacy who need training plus extra staff

    They don't answer their phone in the Camborne pharmacy! It's turned down so low it's obvious its done to avoid the noise! Been going on since Covid! Its Now 2023! I think they need to employ someone who knows how the phone works as these jokers are completely out of order!!! Customers cannott reach them for their meds!

    Sent wrong prescription too early and missed one item completely Don’t answer their telephone and keep you waiting for ages when you call to collect the wrong prescription. Have just changed to on line delivery as fed up with bad service. No more to be said

    I am meant to get my prescriptions delivered i have to constantly chase for it, he got my prescription on 16th December im still chasing for it on the 29th and when it does come i only get a few bits so im constantly ringing asking where the rest is

    I contacted day Lewis pharmacy Peckham yesterday 37 times to find out what time will be the best for me to come and collect my medications but nobody picked the phone. I also called again seven times this morning before I made my way to the pharmacy. When I got there, there were four people in front of me and it was only three people inside at once. When I finally got inside, the pharmacy asked me if I wanted to come back, she said because I was on lot of medications but I told her that I will rather wait and collect my medications because I have been calling your phone since yesterday and this morning so many times to find out when to come but nobody picked the phone. As I was speaking, she angrily told me to shut up in presence of all the other customers and I also told her to shut up as well and I also let her know that she is rude. I feel so much embarrassed, bullied and intimidated. As healthy care professional she is expected to have emotional maturity to deal with the patients professionally and with emotional maturity.
