Prescribed two items, only one in stock and was told that the other would be ordered and available the following day. Went back to be told they had it, but then they realised that it was for someone else. Was told I'd be texted when available to collect and provided my mobile. One week later, still no text. Turns out it was marked as "collected" and then I was told I should have paid for it a week ago! Several years of bad experiences at this pharmacy means I have now changed to a different nominated pharmacy as I have no confidence this one will improve.

Left a hospital prescription on the 24 Aug for an urgent special order item and was told it would be in within 4 days. Went to collect today, 1 Sept, 5 working days later (plus bank hol) to wait for 20 minutes before even being seen, then told they hadn’t even ordered it!! No apology and no obvious concern for anyone waiting to be seen.

I ordered a drug three weeks ago and it was not in stock. That has meant repeat trips to this pharmacy. I have now run out completely. The pharmachy is usually very, very busy, mostly with people trying desperately to get their late prescriptions. Life saving drugs like blood pressure tablets etc are unavailable and they seem unable to get supplies in any realistic time frame. A great tragedy as once they were excellent, now they not infrequently open late, close randomly to try and catch up on the two week backlog on prescriptions, and require a wait of thirty to forty minutes to get served. Very poor indeed.
