   Rude staff that aren’t helpful. Went in for a singular set of tablets that should have been delivered the previous week, just to be told to come back after they’ve had their lunch or another day. They care more about going for lunch than helping patients. Maybe have them go out for lunch one at a time like every other business to avoid the long waiting times
