   Queued for 20 mins just to be abruptly told they are out of stock. The prescription was sent to them last week. No apology or explanation just told if I return tomorrow my prescription “might” be available. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this level of poor service. Used to be a great pharmacy with excellent customer service but sadly no longer the case.

   What’s happened to this pharmacy? My last three visits here over the last 2 months to pick up repeat prescribed meds have each involved a wait of over 30 mins to be seen, then another long wait to receive the meds — over a hour each visit. Queues snake around the shop (and sometimes outside). Staff seem to be agency staff. I’ll be changing my nominated pharmacy.
