   I have been trying to contact this pharmacy since this morning to find out if a prescription is there. Either the phone is engaged or when it does ring, no-one answers. The phone just keeps on and on and on ringing. It is not just not good enough. This pharmacy was just the same when it was owned by Boots and things have not got any better now that it has been taken over. Perhaps more staff could be employed to make sure that the phone is answered, especially as some of the calls could be urgent. Just not good enough. Have complained to the company but don't think anything will change.
