   Have called them multiple times in multiple days to just to be able to find out if my medicine is available. I recently had surgery on my shoulder so I don’t leave the house unless I have to. I have called them 10 times today. First 5 rang through, they hung up after 50 seconds every time, the next 5 they changed their voicemail to them being busy and I should call later. Baring in mind this is like the 8th business day in a row I’ve done this. They have a phone but don’t know what the green button does, only what the red button does.
