    I have been using this pharmacy for over 20 years, mainly for my repeat prescriptions and in that time it has got much much worse in its service. The issues incl prescriptions not ready, no reminder when last prescription from batch has been issued which means going without for 4-5 days while doctors issue a new batch, impossible to get through by telephone any time of day, not being sent code for new collection system in time before running out. Very disappointed

    Several times I have tried to collect prescriptions after the minimum stated time has elapsed...prescriptions are rarely ready on time, and on one occasion was closed on Friday afternoon, leaving me without medication over the weekend. Service is painfully slow, with me and others frequently leaving empty handed.

    There service is a mess, item not available so other items not ready…. Then told unavailable item still not in stock(regular meds) so gave him 2 days supply & in 2 days it is weekend….he has non of this medication because they will not bring his collection date forward…it is a joke
