They failed to order my repeat prescription. They sent me to GP to request this prescription. Today I call them to ask about repeat prescription for 2 medication refills. One medication is available the second they said call GP. I called GP and the line was closed. So I again called the pharmacy only to request missing medication and they said is going to be available in Wednesday. They are more concerned in doing orders at the back than serving customers. I tried to purchase antibacterial wipes and I said twice I want to pay for them and they took them away from me and went to the back without acknowledging why even they don’t want to charge me. I had a form from them to get a refund for repeat prescription after waiting for medical examination certificate I have been in pharmacy around 1:30 they said come at 14:00. Staff is really rude, and unhelpful.
