Didn't get seen to for nearly 10mins. Was only there to pick up prescription. This is not my usual chemist. The lady that served me did a half hearted search for it. Nothing in computer, all print outs. I asked if she would look again. Nothing. The chemist isn't very central and they can't ring to let you know if prescription is in. Sadly I will have to go back again and try to see if it turns up. Quite possibly the worst chemist I have ever been to. One upside is there is a carpark at the back.

Great service, very efficient. They telephoned to see how I was getting on with a new prescription. They really seemed to care. Thank you.

Prescription ordered on the 2nd January 23. The surgery delivered it electronically on the 3rd. On the 12th it still had not been filled. The explanation was the surgery are not telling you the truth it didn’t come down till the 6th. And they accepted that six days was unacceptable to fill the order but the assistant explained as they still had prescriptions from December 2022 waiting to be filled a week could have been worse. The pharmacy has also shortened its opening hours and now closed on weekends. So you have to wonder is this company failing in general.

Staffing appears to have been an issue for a very long time. Today I found prescription had been attended to days after having been received. What makes things worse the item was not in stock by time prescription got to. I am having to re attend. With a car things would be impossible.
