   Unable to deliver my meds as scheduled the day before Christmas Eve when I was supposed to be travelling. Can't get to them owing to disability so have to wait in hope for a Christmas Eve delivery. Plans ruined and important meds unavailable. Complaints fell on deaf ears. Appalling and dangerous. I'll be looking for a new pharmacy next year.
