just witnessed female member of staff use ungloved hands transfer loose pills from.large bottle into small bottle and hand to patient one pill was dropped on the floor picked up and still put in bottle being given to patient

Opening hours have gone to 10am. Then the pharmacist is late. My time is as important as theirs. Can’t abide lateness. Always have to go back for forgotten items. Takes a long time to get prescription. Rarely answer phone. I’m going to have to change my chemist.

Ordered a prescription through the pharmacy, when I went to collect after 2 weeks they said I had to get in touch with the GP. No responsibility to inform patient. I then ordered prescription from GP and it was sent to pharmacy 10 days ago. Been trying to ring the pharmacy but they do not answer the phone. Rang them 10 times on 20/12/22 and then 5 times on 30/12/22. Ridiculous service and no duty of care. Very unorganised and prescription is never ready on time
