This pharmacy offers excellent customer service. They were extremely helpful when I needed to get my autistic daughter’s Covid vaccination. They even stayed open after hours for us. First class facilities too. A big thank you.

I have consistently received excellent service from this local pharmacy and was particularly impressed today when I called in to enquire about vaccination for travel abroad. Two members of staff asked if they could help me and the pharmacist provided clear, helpful and succinct advice regarding the best way to obtain printouts from the surgery and what vaccinations we would need. It was a positive experience in every respect and the staff work very well as a team. The pharmacist manages everything seamlessly and efficiently. I was very impressed and it was uplifting to receive such good service from a health agency when others are struggling to provide 5 star service or any at all in some instances. I would have no hesitation in recommending this pharmacy to friends and family. Thank you to the pharmacist and his staff for making my day!

After going back and forth with the pharmacy for the past week (for numerous prescriptions), our first try to pick up an outstanding prescription today resulted in only one of the two expected medications being dispensed. After returning to ask were the second medication was, I was first told it was dispensed earlier that day (in which it wasn’t) and then after the pharmacist looked into it a bit more she shouted across the room to tell me that it wasn’t here and to talk to the doctor surgery. After numerous trips and phone calls to ask where the medications are, the initial prescription was not prepared on our first trip to the pharmacy. We tried ringing ahead to see if we should make the trip, but no one answered the phone. This is not how it normally is, we’ve had excellent experiences in the past where they’ve even helped us take the prescriptions out to our car. But that is certainly not what we encountered today. We understand that them not receiving the prescription is not their fault but shouting it across the room is certainly not the service we’ve received in the past. This has happened on two separate occasions, to two different members of our family, and on both occasions, the same person shouted across the room. In the future, should a similar scenario happen, please could a member of staff walk down to calmly discuss what has happened and propose a resolution.

Literally the best service provider, helpful, informative and goes all out to ensure you get what you need even in emergency situations running low on stock etc - couldn’t recommend them enough great team
