Came in for a Covid jab, but my age group hadn't been called. Explained about this health check, here at the pharmacy, yes go ahead. Friendly, and informative. Pleased I had come. The young lady was professional, caring, and a lovely disposition. Whole experience positive, thank you.

Hello, thank you for your review, we are sorry about your covid jab but we are limited to what the NHS will allow us to do under the national protocols, I am glad you were offered a health check though - this really is an amazing service and we are happy you found it a positive experience.

The pharmacist and staff are always incredibly helpful and offer a very personal service. I have just had an NHS healthcheck there and it was very thorough and unhurried and I was put completely at my ease. A real benefit to the local community.

The pharmacy was amazing. All the factors blended well together such as the ambience, the pharmacist and everyone else that was working there. Recently I had a health test at the pharmacy and it felt great and not scary as the pharmacist made the experience marvellous. I loved it and would most certainly recommend it to anyone else.

The help and information the lovely ladies in Delmergate pharmacy is outstanding. I recently popped In for some information regarding my wife's neck and ended up doing a 12 hour stint in Medway maritime hospital. If it wasn't for the advice given by the great pharmacist the possibility that the condition of my wife would have got a lot worse. All the staff at Shirley avenue are very helpful and always greet me with a smile. Keep up the good work ladies you are doing a fantastic job. Thanks again, Stu
