Refused a referral for an approved emergency prescription for controlled drug Gabapentin. Had to wait hours for out of hours doctor to create prescription. Both 111 and OOH doctor said they had no right to refuse. Disgusting service

They handover your medication to literally anyone coming up to the pharmacy not even confirming the date of birth or the address, without the patient's consent. And have the rudest counter staff to deal with, today the gave my medication to someone without my consent and without asking any of my information like date of birth or address and i need to pay for my medications and the person they handed over my medications didn't even pay to them, and when i went back to pay for the medication the rudest staff dealt with so badly which forced me to leave the medicines there with such bad remarks

It takes hours to get through on the phone they never answer customer service training needed here they can’t be that busy that it takes days to get through
