   The pharmacy has now changed ownership, the service has gone downhill. Lack of organization, unable to source medication. Delay in completing prescriptions. I feel for the staff lack of leadership and direction. Medication stored all over the place, and prescriptions are not where they are meant to be. Unable to sorce medication repeatedly told be in the next day. Still not received a repeat 3 weeks after placing order. Needs proper leadership, new staff need further training and support. Organization needs massive improvement ASAP
