I've been to this chemist a few times and the pattern is always the same, standing at the counter being completely ignored. The last time I went I stood there for five minutes whilst no fewer than six people bustled around (and had chats) at the back of the shop before one deigned to come to the counter. Can't at least one person be told to man the counter or at least acknowledge a customer when they come in?

The new management have made such a difference to this old ‘Rowlands’ Pharmacy. Yesterday, I was delighted to find that my prescription had been processed a day earlier than I expected. It was found among the processed prescriptions very quickly and handed over with a beaming smile. With service like this, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

As the title suggests members of the current team work quickly and efficiently and are always willing to discuss treatments and offer further advice. Their 'turnaround' time for prescriptions is most impressive. Specifically, online prescriptions issued today for both myself and my wife were ready on the shelf for collection within 3 hours. Highly recommended.

I drove into Devizes this morning, 15th December 2023, because this Pharmacy advertises it opens on Fridays from 9am. At 9:17 it was shut and dark. The sign on the door still said that it opens at 9am on Fridays.

Rang Surgery who sent through urgent prescription yesterday. Called Pharmacy dinner time and picked it up this afternoon. Much appreciated.
